Irene is a Reiki Master Teacher and has been a therapist for almost ten years.Reiki ( pronounced ray-key ) is a Japanese method of healing which addresses body mind and spirit. It is a natural healing technique for stress release and relaxation.Reiki brings your body into harmony by relieving physical, spiritual and emotional blockages.It heals the cause and eliminates the effect of imbalances.Reiki helps minimise your sense of helplessness when facing disease or the trauma of modern society.
A private healing consultation will last approximately one hour.You will be asked to relax fully clothed on a therapy bed for the duration of the session.The healing is hands on and by the end of the hour you should feel very relaxed and happier with yourself.Any aches and pains whether physical, spiritual or emotional will have eased.
The price for 1 hours therapy is £30.
